DESCRIPTION
The Chronoscope Collection has taken the legendary design of the Speedmaster and combined it with inspiration from OMEGA's chronograph wristwatches of the 1940s.
This 43mm model is made of stainless steel with a silver dial with blackened subdials. Along with the black anodized aluminum bezel ring with its tachymeter scale, the leaf-shaped hands and Arabic numerals are also blackened, with a unique "spiral" track pattern running below the numerals.
In particular, the dial is imprinted with three distinctive timing scales in a 1940s "snail" design, including a tachymeter scale, a pulsometric scale, and a telemeter scale.
Presented on a perforated black leather strap with red interior, the watch features a black small seconds counter at 9 o'clock, and a black 60-minute and 12-hour register at 3 o'clock with red hands. Inside, the watch is powered by the OMEGA Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 9908.
